In Shanghai, the lockdown is being eased in some parts of the city. Although there are signs of improvement, the lockdowns will last until at least mid-May and will continue to affect truck , port and airport operations.

In most parts of the city, residents are still unable to leave their homes. Shanghai airports are still not allowed to handle cargo.
