Strikes bring logistics out of sync, but not to a standstill

For today, 27 March 2023, the trade unions EVG and ver.di have announced large-scale warning strikes, once again deliberately throwing a spanner in the works of the economy and social life.

Through concerted work stoppages at Deutsche Bahn, at the airports, in the seaports, at the water and shipping directorates and parts of the Autobahn GmbH, Germany's mobility is to be brought to a standstill this Monday.

Inevitably, this will lead to problems in the management of supply chains and in the transport of goods, which will extend into international goods traffic.
